Sueleen G. Molgano
1941-2013 Sueleen G. Molgano, 71, of Dorset, Vermont, died on Wednesday, July 17th, 2013, in Williston, Vermont.
Sueleen was born on Halloween Day 1941 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of Barbara (Telesco) Gorell of Stamford, Connecticut, and Oris Gorell of Mississippi. Following the death of her mother in 1953, Sueleen moved north to Connecticut, where she and her three sisters were raised by their beloved uncle Dominick Telesco and his wife, Augustus (Gussie). During her childhood, Sueleen spent summers on a farm in rural Pennsylvania. She graduated from Stamford (Connecticut) High School, Class of 1960.
Sueleen met Frank A. Molgano, Jr. in 1958 and married him two years later at the Diamond Hill Church in Cos Cob, Connecticut on March 4th, 1960. Together they had three sons: Frank III (1960), Glen (1965), and Gregory (1976). Sueleen was a homemaker throughout her marriage.
After getting a taste of country life at the family's cabin in Arlington, Vermont, Sueleen and her family permanently relocated to Dorset from New Canaan, Connecticut, in 1981.
Sueleen enjoyed her family, pets, swimming, downhill skiing, skating, dancing, bowling, traveling, shopping, dining-out, cooking, baking, mysteries, and good coffee.
Gracious, selfless, and resilient, Sueleen was adored by those who knew her. She was an exceptional wife, mother, and human being who was beautiful inside and out. She was much loved and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Frank; dog, Rossi; sons, Frank III, Glen, and Gregory; daughters-in-law, Cindy and Anna; grandchildren, Magen, Brian, Jennifer, Michelle, Jeffrey, and Betsy; great-granddaughter, Jasmine; aunt, Gussie; sisters, Arlene, Barbara, and Nina; sister-in-law, Nora; and brothers-in-law, Lucian, William, James, and Anthony.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service will be held at the United Church of Dorset on July 27th, 2013 at 1 p.m.
In appreciation for the care Sueleen received at the Glens Falls Renal Dialysis Center since 2002, memorial contributions may be sent there in her honor (3 Broad Street Plaza, Glens Falls, New York 12801-4360).
