Schulte, James Edward  
James "Jim" E. Schulte LEXINGTON: James "Jim" E. Schulte, 77, of Lexington, passed away early Sunday morning, May 24, 2015, at his home. He was born June 12, 1937, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Daniel Henry Schulte and Frieda Camille King Schulte. He was formerly employed at Westinghouse Corp. and Neer Manufacturing. In his earlier years, he opened the Mid-Ohio Antique Mall which furthered his passion for collecting antiques of all kinds. After his retirement, Jim could be found tinkering in the yard and making his home even more beautiful. He enjoyed going to Las Vegas and finding that winner in his scratch off lottery tickets-a hobby that Jim referred to as "his therapy". His grandchildren were his pride and joy and his face lit up whenever they were around. He had a heart of gold and will be missed deeply by his family and friends. Jim married his soul mate and best friend, Patricia Burger on February 26, 1988, and they shared 27 glorious years together. In addition to his wife, Pat, he is survived by three sons, Mike Schulte and Danny (Tammy) Schulte, both of Mansfield and Andy Schulte of Mount Vernon; a daughter, Dee (Lee) Osborne of Lexington; seven grandchildren, Jason (Dottie) Dawson of Ft. Hood, TX, Derek (Christina) Dawson of CO, Kaeli Schulte, Niccole Schulte and Brittany Schulte, all of Mansfield, Gavin Schulte of Butler and Brandi Durig of Lexington; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jalene Dawson; two sisters and a brother. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2015, in the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. Seybold, Fortina  
Fortina T. Seybold MANSFIELD: Fortina T. Seybold, 82, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away early Wednesday morning, May 27, 2015, at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield. She was born November 21, 1932, in Mansfield, Ohio, to the late Jack Theohar and Drosso (Koudouratzi) Theohar. Fortina received her Bachelor's Degree from Ashland College. She was a member of Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church where she was a member of the Ladies Philoptochos Group. A very active, vibrant woman, she participated in all outings at The Waterford. She visited her brother, Thomas, daily while she was out and about enjoying the community. She is survived by her twin brother, Thomas Theohares of Mansfield, brother, Harry (Rhonda) Theohar of Las Vegas, NV; nephews, Nick (Anne) Theohares of Pendleton, IN, Steven Theohares of Mansfield, OH; niece, Cindy (Butch) Davidson of Mansfield, OH; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Seybold. A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 265 West Third St., Mansfield with Father Michael Ellis presiding. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church. Stevens, Raymond  
Raymond N. Stevens GALION: Raymond N. Stevens, age 87 of Galion passed away Tuesday morning, May 26, 2015 at Galion Pointe in Galion. He was born May 29, 1927, in Crawford County, and was the son of Cecil and Lottie (Steigerwald) Stevens. Raymond married Edith "Edie" (Balliett) Stevens on January 2, 1975 and she survives. He proudly served in the United States Navy as a Seaman during World War II. Raymond was a well- known local painter for 78 years. He attended the First Church of Christ in Galion and enjoyed horses, gardening and coon hunting. In addition to his wife Edie, Ray is survived his step-son, Dennis (Debbie) Parish of Loveland, Ohio; his sisters, Fairy Pendleton and Virginia Smiley both of Galion and his brother, Norman "Sam" (Kay) Stevens of Galion. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, Russell, Gerald, Robert and Walter Stevens. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2015 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, with Rev. Joe Stafford officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Full military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy and Galion Crestline Veterans Military Funeral Detail. Memorial contributions may be made to Crawford County Humane Society or the Galion Chapter of the American Red Cross in care of the funeral home.
