DeVinney, Kenneth  
Kenneth W. DeVinney PERRYSVILLE: Kenneth W. DeVinney, 57, of Perrysville, went home to be with the Lord on May 23, 2015 following a four year battle with cancer. Born July 1, 1957 in Mansfield, he was the son of Gillis Aaron and Margaret (Kelly) DeVinney. Kenneth was a 1975 graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School and later earned his degree in Theology from Mansfield Bible College. Following graduation, Kenneth went to work at Mansfield Correctional Institution, where he was a maintenance supervisor for 24 years and later became a corrections officer for four years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. A spiritual man, Kenneth was a member of Impact Worship Center, where he was a praise team drummer, and a part of the group Feed HIS Family Ministry. He also was a part of the Walk to Emmaus and he Pastored at Lake Maria campground in Mansfield. Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Connie DeVinney; four children, Nicholas DeVinney, Holly DeVinney, Debbie (Marc) Harris, and Don (Kate) Blakley Jr.; grandchildren, Zane Harris, Gage Harris, and Alexa Blakley; sisters, Barbara Lennington of Mt. Vernon, Brenda (Ralph) Snyder of Mansfield, and Susan Rhinehart of Nebraska; and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Theodore DeVinney; brother-in-law, Jim Lennington; and nephews, John Snyder and Andrew Lennington. Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 3-7 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road, Ontario. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor Karl Shafer and Pastor Mike Cloud. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Jackson, Bob  
Bob Jackson MANSFIELD: Bob Jackson went to be with the Lord Saturday evening, May 23, 2015. He was 60 years old. He was born September 18, 1954 in Nyack, NY to parents Elvin and Wilma Jackson. Bob and Meg Jackson were married for 39 years. He was a member of First Alliance Church. A mechanical engineer, Bob owned his own business JacMar Manufacturing and later worked 15 years with Aerco International. He enjoyed restoring Mustangs and loved serving in the church. He is survived by his wife Meg Jackson of Mansfield; son Steven (Sarah) Jackson of Mansfield; daughter Beth (Josh) Wells of Mansfield; six grandchildren; mother Wilma Yearsley; brothers Jack and Mark Jackson; and sister Melodie Jackson. He was preceded in death by his father Elvin Jackson. The Jackson family will hold a memorial service Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. at First Alliance Church, 291 W Cook Rd, Mansfield. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Beulah Beach Camp & Retreat Center for playground updates in memory of Bob Jackson. Beulah Beach is a camp that Bob's grandchildren use and love. Kerrigan, John "Jack"  
John "Jack" Kerrigan TEMPLE TERRACE, FL: John "Jack" Kerrigan, 91, of Temple Terrace, Florida, formerly of Sarasota, Florida, passed away May 25, 2015 after a rich and full life. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife Frances Kerrigan; and daughter, Anne Barr. Jack was born May 15, 1924 to Michael "John" and Mary "Mamie" Kerrigan in Hubbard, Ohio. He grew up in Pontiac, Michigan, graduated from St. Michaels' High School and from General Motors Institute (predecessor to Kettering Institute). Jack proudly served during WWII as a P-51 fighter pilot for the US Army Air Corps in the 339th Fighter Group. He spent his entire work career with GM and retired as Production Manager from the Hamilton, Ohio plant. Along with his wife, Jack was a founding member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Sarasota, Florida. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed reading and woodworking. His greatest joy was his family who recognized how fortunate they were to have him in their lives. After his wife's passing he continued the good times living with his son, Mike where they shared joys of sports and sports bars with big screen TV's and the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club. His family saw his faith, wisdom and sense of humor remain strong to the end. Those who knew him were blessed and ninety-one years was too brief. Survivors include son, Mike; daughter, Mary "Maggie" Kerrigan-Mares, her husband, Craig Mares; grandchildren, Patrick, John and Katie Mares, Stephanie Finnegan, Beth Keifer, Andrea Johnson, Jennifer Johnson and Brian Barr. A mass of celebration will be held Saturday, June 13th, 11a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 7900 Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota, Florida. Michael Perry BUTLER: Michael Perry, 51, of Butler passed away Friday May 29, 2015 in the Cleveland Clinic following a courageous battle with cancer. The son of Henry and Betty (Oswalt) Perry, Michael was born March 1, 1964 in Mansfield. A 1982 graduate of Clear Fork High School, Mike installed drywall for Quest Construction and recently drove as a truck driver. Outspoken, Mike certainly was not bashful. He was the kind of guy who would tease and joke just for a reaction. He loved working with his hands and was very creative. He enjoyed farming, fishing, mushroom hunting and hunting deer. He was a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes fan and Chicago Bears fan. Mike was a past volunteer for the Worthington Township Fire Department. He is survived by his children Cody Perry of Butler, Heath Perry of Danville and Heidi (Luke) Flynn of North Liberty; granddaughter Harper Jean Flynn; mother Betty Perry of Butler; brother Ira (Peggy) Perry of Butler; niece Angela Perry; great nephew Sebastian Perry; aunts Beverly (Donald) Smith and Rosemary Hall; special cousin Alan Meeks; and his one and only terrier-beagle mix, Daisy. He was preceded in death by his father Henry Perry and brother Ricky Perry. The family will receive friends Monday, June 1, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Bunkerhill Cemetery.
