Constance "Connie" Sue Stull

MOUNT VERNON: Constance "Connie" Sue Stull, age 62, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Monday morning, May 6, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 11, 1950 in Mansfield to Wylie and Thelma (Amos) Flockenzier. Connie was employed by Mazza's Restaurant as a serving manager from 1974 to 1997; she was also employed at John Decosky's dealership from 1999 to 2005 as a sales specialist.

She enjoyed playing the accordion and the organ; she belonged to a Card Club and operated the Brookside Motel from 1976 to 1982. Connie was an avid life-long fan of the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Reds.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Richard Stull; a son, Casey (Mary) Jones III of Mount Vernon; four grandchildren, Amber, Kelsey, Emily and Korey; and one great-grandchild, Dominick; a niece, Sarah (Lucas) Morris of Canton; and a brother, John (Laurie) Flockenzier of Lucas.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, May 8, 2013at the Dowds Snyder Funeral Home on 201Newark Road, Mount Vernon, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013at 1:00 PM, with an hour of visitation from 12:00-1:00 pm, conducted by Lucas Morris.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio.
