MANSFIELD: Estel Lee Belcher, 60, of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Mansfield Memorial Home, following a lengthy illness.
Estel was born on June 7, 1953, in Portsmouth, OH, to Estel D. and Clare A. Rawlins Belcher. He was employed with Tyco Electric for 34 years. He enjoyed Nascar, watching westerns, going to flea markets, and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Estel and Clara Belcher of South Webster, OH; he is survived by three sons, Daniel Belcher, Jason Belcher, and David Belcher, all of Mansfield; one brother, Larry (Diane) Belcher of Orlando, FL; and special friends, George Noblet and Ella Likely.
Estel was preceded in death by his brother, David Belcher.
Calling hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, LTD., 1106 Park Avenue East (St. Rt. 430E), Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Kurtz officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington.
