Frances I. Krise
LEXINGTON: Frances I. Krise passed away Saturday, morning, May 17, 2014 at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home in Mansfield at the age of 88 years. Born October 8, 1925 in Mansfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Nellie (Gorby) Pittman.
Frances was an easy going lady who enjoyed reading mystery books and time at home with the family she loved. She was a great cook and loved her cats. Frances was a sales clerk at numerous shoe stores in the Mansfield area. She was a member of St. Mathews Lutheran Church all her life.
Frances is survived by two children, Pam Davis and Terry Krise; six grandchildren, Jackie (Wes) Ley, Myranda Krise, Lyndsay Krise, Sarah Krise, Keri (George) Breznicki and Jennifer (Kevin) Uhde; and 12 great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Herman Krise; one son, Ronald F. Krise; a son-in law Gary Davis; two brothers: Bud and Richard Pittman; and two sisters: Dorothy Grafmiller and Ruth Tucker.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 5-7 pm at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario.
