Lucille Virginia Hall
SHELBY: Lucille Virginia Hall, 88, of Shelby, formerly of Bellville, died Monday, February 17, 2014 at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby. Born September 17, 1925 in Senecaville, Ohio she was the daughter of Charles and Martha Ruby. She retired from Peoples Hospital where she worked as an X-ray Technician Transport and was a member of Maranantha Bible Church in Lexington. A happy go lucky woman, she loved visiting with her family and friends, cats, flower gardens and eating ice cream. She enjoyed singing at various local churches and nursing home but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, William R. Hall; daughter, Patricia "Kathy" (James Nolan) Parker; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Newheart; numerous nieces and nephews; and a daughter-in-law, Dena Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Aitkens; a son, David Mills; a granddaughter, Stacey Lynn Mills; a son-in-law, Dennis "Denver" G. Parker; and two sisters, Arlene Chester and Carol Newheart.
There will be no calling hours or services at this time. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery at a later date.
