RoseAnn Daniel,

MANSFIELD: RoseAnn Daniel, 89, of Mansfield, died Thursday morning, March 20, 2014 at Liberty Nursing Center surrounded by her family. She was born April 11, 1924 in Roseville, Ohio, to the late Ruth (Garrett) and Raymond C. Micklethwaite.

RoseAnn's main job was being a wonderful mother and wife, but she also worked at Therm-O-Disc. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and sewing. RoseAnn was a member of the former St. Luke's Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir, directed Bible school, taught Sunday school and was active in Altar Guild, Women's Group, Church Council and many other volunteer activities at the church.

She is survived by her husband, Reed M. Daniel; two daughters, Aimee Medina and Ellen (Ron) Fugitt, both of Mansfield; and eight grandchildren, Mari Medina (Rick Jensen), Amanda (Rob) Taylor, Jonathan Medina, Ashley (Nick) Robles, Jamie (Brandy) Fugitt, Jessica Fugitt (Brad Chambers), Corey Fugitt and Chad Fugitt. RoseAnn is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren: Ian, Noah, and Elijah Jensen; Bryan, Nathan and Amaris Taylor; Chloe, Henry and Mari Medina; Ethan, Evan and Elliott Robles; Patience and Ashton Fugitt; and Bridget Smith; one great-great granddaughter, Cypress Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews-in-law. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Legend Fugitt.

The family will receive friends from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2014 in the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. The funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the former St. Luke's Lutheran Church (now Church Requel), 2 Marion Avenue, Mansfield. Rev. Paul Lintern will conduct the service. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's, Point of Grace, 2 Marion Avenue, Mansfield, OH 44902.
