MANSFIELD: Equazah A. Jackson, 18, passed away July 17, 2013, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital unexpectedly.

Equazah was born February 15, 1995, in Mansfield, to Shymeka Jackson and Cornell Williams. She made Mansfield her home.

Equazah was employed at Mid-Ohio Summer Youth Program. She liked to braid hair and she was a very outgoing person who was loved by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish in her memory, her mother, Shymeka Jackson, of Mansfield; her father, Cornell Williams, of Columbus; nine sisters, Jalisa Jackson, Whitney Cottrell, Olivia Osborne and Rayshonna Osborne, all of Mansfield, LaQuita Green, of Cincinnati, JeShonda Williams, Casjmir Briggs, Ebonie Briggs and Satyn Briggs, all of Columbus; seven brothers, Damietrius Hill and Daron Taylor, all of Mansfield, Patrick White, of San Francisco, CA, DeWayne Williams, of Ft Wayne, IN, Michael Corrnell Williams, Gage M. Newman and Malachi Williams, all of Columbus; special nephew, Carnell Majors, of Mansfield; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her, grandmother, Druscilla Jackson; great-grandfather, Jeff Jackson; grandfather, James Duckworth; great-grandfather, Robert J. Duckworth; stepfather, Raymond Osborne; uncle, Jermaine Duckworh and grandmother, Ruby Daniels.

The services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 11 a.m., with one hour prior calling at Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church, 130 E. 2nd St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902, with Elder Linda Russell officiating. The burial will follow at Mansfield Cemetery.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the home Shirley (Micey) Ward, 116 Parkwood Blvd., until the day of the services.

The family has entrusted Small's Funeral Services with the arrangements.
