Judith Prater Obituary
BRADENTON, FL: Born in Mansfield, OH on March 1, 1943. She was the 6th of 7 children to Don and Inez Hershner. Judi married Allen Prater on November 11, 1961 and they had two children, Cheri and Kelly; two grandsons; and one great grandson.
She retired from Tropicana FCU (now Manatee Community FCU) in 2005.
Contributions requested in lieu of flowers to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org/Donate).
A Celebration of Life will be held at Manasota Memorial Park & FH on Saturday, February 23 from 2-4 PM. 941-755-2688

We were sorry to hear of Judys passing. I went to Johnsville High School with her and visited with her at our last class reunion. Our prayers are with the family in this time of sorrow.

Our family was so blessed to have known Judy. Allen mom (Kay Greene) so enjoyed caring for Cheri & Kelli she often looks back at pictures and all the love the girls gave her. We love you all and think of you often. Love & Prayers headed your way. Diana

Aunt Judi,
I'm so thankful that you were in our lives. And that you were there for my Mom when I was born. It meant the world to her to have your guidance and love. It's rare to have such a wonderful lifetime friendship like you had with my Mom. I will love you always. Uncle Allen, Cheri and Kelli all my love to you. Prayers and wonderful memories are with you!
