Hattie Miller Obituary
Hattie Mae Miller

MANSFIELD: Hattie Mae Miller, daughter of Jason & Tiffany (Roberts) Miller, peacefully although very unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She was one year and 20 days old.

Hattie was born March 7, 2012 in Mansfield and was just the happiest baby. Even at only one year of age, she greeted everyone with a smile. She was the light of her parents' lives and kept them on their toes as they chased around after their fast little crawler. She was fiercely loved by her older sister, Emma, who would barely take a step without asking, "Where's my Hattie?"

Hattie was not only crawling, but (with the help of her miniature shopping cart) she could stand and walk all on her own. Jason & Tiffany feel truly honored to have been blessed with Hattie Mae as a daughter.

In addition to her loving parents, she is survived by her sister Emma Rose Miller; maternal grandparents Dave & Debbie Roberts of Mansfield; paternal grandmother Alma Miller of Kidron; maternal great-grandparents Beatrice Chapman Roberts and Charles & Rosemary Bradfield; uncles and aunts Seth & Melissa Roberts, Jerry & Rita Miller, and Dennis & Candi Miller; and two cousins.

Hattie was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Dan D. "Diesel Dan" Miller and maternal great-grandfather Elmer "Junie" Roberts.

Her family will receive friends Friday, March 29, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with additional calling one hour prior. The Rev. Tony Viscioni will officiate and burial will follow in Lexington Cemetery.

Contributions in Hattie's memory are encouraged to the Hattie Miller Benefit Fund and will be used for Emma's college education in the future. Donations may be made at any Richland Bank location or at the funeral home.
