Mildred "Millie" Louise Bransford June 18, 1926 - July 8, 2013 Millie was born in Petroleum, WV and graduated from Marshall University with a degree in home economics; her first and only "real" job consisted of showing rural residents how to use their "modern" gas and electric appliances. She married the love of her life, Jack Bransford, in 1949. The two of them were inseparable, and to the end, showed all of us how love should be. They moved to Novato 45 years ago where Millie was involved in numerous civic and church groups, particularly the "Crafty Ladies". She was above all kind of heart with a willingness to offer help to everyone. She had the wonderful talent of listening; eyes that could see through you, yet she never judged a person based on anything but forgiveness. She will be truly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Survived by her husband Jack Bransford; loving children, Jane Feusier (Roger), Susan Bransford, and John Bransford (Marjorie). She was sweet little Grandma Mill to Jessica Lex (Eric), Dr. John Feusier, Clark Feusier, Ally Arcuri, Anthony Arcuri, Johnny Bransford and Emily Bransford. She was predeceased by her parents Susie and Arman Dotson. At Millie's request, no services will be held. In keeping with her strong desire to participate in medical research, she willed her body to UCSF. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Congregational Church of San Rafael, 8 N. San Pedro Rd, San Rafael, CA 94903.
