Susie McGrath (Fox) Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, died peacefully in her sleep at home in Novato, Calif., on December 10, 2012. Survived by her husband of 11 years, Dylan, sons Collin and Sean, parents Bob and Trudy Fox, brother Bobby Fox and wife Aimee; nieces Emma and Lola, nephew Liam; grandmother Ruth Roberts; Uncle David Fox and wife Kathy; Aunt Sharon Howell, cousins Steven Howell, Dana Trevino, Adam Fox as well as extended loving family. Born and raised in Sacramento, Susie was a graduate of St. Francis High School and UC Davis and later earned an MBA in accounting from Sacramento State University. In 1997, Susie moved to San Francisco and went to work for Deloitte and Touche, where she continued to work as an auditor until the time of her passing. After marrying in 2001, Susie and Dylan moved to Novato in 2004 and started a family, welcoming Collin that same year. Susie was a remarkable person with a boundless capacity for love, compassion, caring and humor. She loved being outdoors, in the sun, and genuinely cherished the company of her many friends. Above all, Susie treasured time spent with familyshe loved quiet moments with her beautiful sons and took great joy in their growth and accomplishments. All who knew Susie will miss her light, her spirit, her energy and the sound of her laughter. But we are better for the ways she touched us and for her imprint on our lives. Thank you, Susie, we will miss you always. Family and friends are invited to the funeral service on Tuesday, December 18 at 11:00 AM. Services will be held at Presbyterian Church, 710 Wilson Avenue, Novato 94947. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been established for Collin and Sean at Umpqua Bank, 1400 Grant Ave., Novato, CA 94945 (Gretchen Polkinghorne FBO McGrath Family).
