Laura Holter Obituary

Laura Holter Age 60, of San Rafael, passed away on March 8th surrounded by family. She leaves behind a legacy as an amazing musician, awarded chef, skilled bookkeeper, loving wife and nurturing mother and "nana". Laura is survived by her husband Henry, daughter Danielle Thomure-Albrecht, brothers Duane, Chris and Jon Guenzler, mother Nancy Guenzler and grandchildren, Ethan and William. Laura is preceded in death by her brother Bruce Guenzler and father Don Guenzler. Laura loved life, enjoyed the finer things and traveled the world. From spending three years in Paris where she fine tuned her well known skills in the kitchen, to snorkeling the crystal clear waters of Fiji; she loved, and was loved. There will be a celebration of her life at 801 Descanso Way, San Rafael, CA 94903 on March 24th at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.alsa.org to help find a cure for ALS or any environmental cause of your choice.

My heart breaks with this news, when we first met in Cobb and you were the waitress, raising Danielle, I hired you at Swinerton and got you down to SF...my heart breaks right now with this sad news.
