Such a beautiful young man! I will never forget his sweet little face while an elementary school student at St. Mark's. May the joy he spread and the courage he demonstrated live forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.

I never met Alex, but know his father Dan as a gentle man with huge integrity. Such a tragic loss is felt by all this family touched.

I have only just heard this tragic news. I am so very sorry, it is so unfair, words cannot express such injustice. I hold your family "in the light", in Quaker tradition. Please accept my deep sympathy and prayers.
