Darbi Dye Robinson Obituary
Darbi Dye Robinson Passed away suddenly April 16, 2013. She was 53. A Redwood '78 graduate. Survived by Husband Michael, son Blake Kinoa, Mother Penny Haggerty (Dye), Brother Kirk, Sister-in-law Janette, nieces Teal, Kendall, Phoebe, nephew Dominic and Uncle Alan. Darbi now joins father Gary, Alice "Neana" Curtis, in PEACE. Darbi uplifted everyone she met. She was leading a new life with renewed energy. An avid volunteer, starting in 7th grade she worked in kindergarten classrooms, special education and Easter Seals, leading to a degree in Communication Disorders from Chico. Darbi's biggest passion was working with children on the Autistic Spectrum as a truly gifted and intuitive clinician. Growing up in Larkspur, starting a new adventure with Michael in Fairfax, she never wanted to leave Marin. She was the caring, compassionate, faithful friend, wife and mother of Blake. She could sum up exactly how you were feeling before even you did! Her soul was young and carefree, filled with silly memories and wise comments that made her timeless. Darbi loved us all unconditionally. Donations: Glide Memorial, SF or Marin Humane Society {in Kailani's name}.
