My Name is Claudia Acerra I was a graphic design student of Dan's and got very close to him after I finished my design classes four semesters ago. I miss him so much and can not believe that we can not continue our friendship. He was a great teacher and a very honest and genuine person.
I will miss him and have him in my heart forever. I just wish he would be close by to visit him.

Dan was my student at CCAD and I recommended him to Notre Dame. He was such a funny guy. My strongest memory is when he and some of his friends carried Roy Palmer's VW Bug about a block from its parking place and filled it to the top with bolders. He left the windows open about 6 inches so he could put in the final 100 or so. I will miss him.

I worked as Dan's Secretary at Brookdale College for 9 years. He was so good to me and the other secretaries and once a week bought pizza for all of us. He had a fantastic sense of humor and made me laugh every day. Dan was such a talented Artist and his students loved him. He will be missed by everyone very much. I pray for him and his family. Mary

My deepest sympathies to the family of Dan Schroll. I've worked with Dan for many, many years. I will miss his sense of humor. His talent with pen and ink was exceptional. He was devoted to his students and to his Graphic Design program here at Brookdale Community College. I will just miss seeing him every day, as will the rest of his Brookdale family.
