Bobbie M. Wolfinger
FINDLAY: Bobbie M. Wolfinger 84, of Findlay, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.
Bob was born on June 20, 1929 in Green Camp, Ohio to Merle and Opal (Sharp) Wolfinger. Bob married Kathryn Gosnell in July of 1948, and they shared 66 years together.
Bob graduated from Green Camp High School and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Bob retired from Whirlpool after 34 years of service. He was a member of College First Church of God, the North Baltimore American Legion, and the Bloomdale Knights of Pythias. After serving 13 years as Grand Secretary, Bob attained the honor of Past Grand Chancellor for the State of Ohio. Bob enjoyed being the owner and trainer of standardbred horses for over 20 years.
Bob is survived by his wife, Kathryn (Gosnell) Wolfinger; children, Kirk (Barbara) Wolfinger, Susan (Jay) Gelbaugh, Vicki (Ron) Sample, Michael (Beverly) Wolfinger; grandchildren, Eric (Erin) Gelbaugh, James Slaughterbeck, Adam (Danielle) Gelbaugh, Teresa Slaughterbeck, Travis (Megan) Wolfinger, John (Jamie) Slaughterbeck, Kathryn (Reed) Patterson, Hollie Wolfinger; and 12 great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Melanie; and sister, Ava Jones.
Friends and family may visit on Monday, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A Knights of Pythias service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Will Miller officiating. Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Green Camp Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Bob's name may be made to College First Campus Ministry, or Bridge Home Health and Hospice.

Katie, I'm so sorry of hearing about Bobs passing. Peace be with you and your family in this time. God bless all of you. Bob was such a kind a wonderful person. He will be missed greatly.
