MARION: Beulah Rae "Billie" Wilson passed away peacefully on December 26, 2012 after a long illness. Survivors include her four children, Carol Henderson of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ted (Barbara) Eakins of Columbus, Ohio, Nancy (William) Fountos of Powell, Ohio, and Fred Wilson of Marietta, Georgia; as well as a sister, Ruth Baker of Marietta, Georgia; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Bull of Vandalia, Ohio. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Wilson, a stepdaughter, Pamela Wilson, and her brother, Robert H. Bull.

Billie was born to John W. and Vincie Dell Smith Bull on September 20, 1926. She graduated from Depauw University in 1948 with a degree in English Literature and Botany . Billie was an accomplished seamstress, an enthusiastic cook, an avid gardener, and a passionate and talented bridge player. She took pride in creating an elegant and welcoming home for family and friends. She and her husband loved to play golf and traveled the world playing at different courses. She belonged to Alpha Chi Omega, Trinity Baptist Church, Junior Service Guild, and was past president of the auxiliary to the Marion County Academy of Medicine. To serve her community, she delivered Meals on Wheels for over 20 years and worked for several years as a counselor at Care-Line. Calling hours for Billie will be Sunday, December 30th, 5-8 p.m. at Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, December 31st, 10 a.m., at Trinity Baptist Church, Dr. Richard Farmer officiating.
