Luella M. Moury
MARION: Luella M. Moury age 85 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born November 3, 1926 near Wharton, Ohio to the late Carl A. and Ione (Hemmerly) Clinger.
Luella attended school in Forest, Ohio. She worked at Koehler's Paint Store in Upper Sandusky, Ohio as a bookkeeper and clerk.
When she moved to Marion, Ohio she worked as an assistant manager at Lerner's Dress Shop, then she worked at Wells Department Store as a cashier and was in charge of the boys department.
She is survived by a sister, Carolyn (Harry) Walton of Upper Sandusky, OH.; six grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elaine M. Allard; her son, Cecil W. Mattix Jr.; one bother; and one sister.
Private graveside services will be held at Grand Prairie Cemetery. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
