Walter J. Glenn
CARDINGTON: Walter J. Glenn, age 81 of Cardington, died Monday, June 4, 2012 at his home. He was born on June 15, 1930 in Galion, Ohio to the late Walter and Lucille (Ireland) Glenn.
Walter was a truck driver and had worked as a manager at LL Metals in Galion.
In 1977 Walter married the former Wanda J. Osborn in Galion and she survives in Cardington.
In addition to his wife; Walter is also survived by seven children: Walter M. Glenn of Virginia, David Glenn of Galion, Robin Siegenthal of Galion, Annetta Glenn of Galion, Esta Ness of Galion, Edward Glenn Sr. of Mansfield and Leroy Glenn of Cardington; a sister, Roseanna Barnett of Florida; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
A funeral service for Walter will be on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Crossroads Church of the Nazarene and pastor Ben Powers will officiate.
