MARSHALL — Graveside services for Ruby Marie Gilliam, 76, of Marshall, were 10 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2012, at Grover Cemetery in Marshall, with Bro. David McCarty officiating. Arrangements were by Sullivan Funeral Home. Mrs. Gilliam was born September 27, 1935, and died March 30, 2012, in Marshall.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Rosie Lee Hudson Kuykendall; and one brother, Tommy Kuykendall.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Henry Gilliam Sr.; her son, Charles Henry Gilliam Jr.; two grandsons, Michael and Matthew Gilliam; her daughter-in-law, Connie Gilliam; cousins, Patsy Jones, Dorothy Steel, Debbie Ray and Linda Ray; her sister, Tommie Elaine Walters; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

She was a very sweet lady and I love her very much. I will miss talking to her once or twice a week. She loved her family and her Lord. She will be missed by many people. I will be praying for her husband, son and grandsons.
