Earl E. Schug, 31, Auburndale, died on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 12, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Auburndale, with Rev. Peter Raj officiating. Burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Milladore. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, and on Monday from 10:00 am until service time at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Earl was born on February 17, 1981 in Neillsville, to David and Margaret M. (Zuber) Schug. He attended Marshfield and Auburndale Schools. He had worked at the Opportunity Development Centers in Wisconsin Rapids and Marshfield, where he made many friends.
Earl enjoyed the Green Bay Packers and Mark Tauscher, country music, Easter Seals Camp at Wisconsin Dells, the annual American Sports and Fishing Trip, and supervising construction. He enjoyed his life and inspired many others.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Dave and Sally Schug of Auburndale, and his mother Margaret Zuber of Marshfield. He is also survived by his siblings, twin brother, David Schug, Eleanor (Chris) Stockheimer, all of Auburndale, John (Charity) Schug of Spencer, Lora (Steven) Robinson of Rathdrum, Idaho, and Debra Norks of Marshfield. He is further survived by 9 nieces and nephews and favorite friends, Diane, Julie, and Jenna.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
