Katherine B. Willfahrt, 93 of Marshfield died on Monday, December 3, 2012 at Stoney River Assisted Living under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Thursday, December 6, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Auburndale with Fr. Peter Raj officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.

Visitations will be from 10:00am until time of service at the church on Thursday.

Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Katherine was born on October 24, 1919 in Hewitt to Alois and Julia (Pankratz) Beck.

She was united in marriage to Ermin J. Willfahrt on June 20, 1939 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Hewitt. He died on December 9, 2006.

Katherine was employed at both Karau's northside and southside stores in the meat department for many years.

She is survived by her son Gordon Will of Oak Park, IL and daughter Sharon (Robert) Stangl of Lehigh Acres. FL; grandson, Chad (Lynn) Derby of Marinette and two great grandchildren, Norah and Owen Derby. She is further survived by her brother James (Sally) Beck of Marshfield, four sisters Rose (Don) Behling of Fort Atkinson, Carol Kousek of Racine, Marcy Eppers of Sheboygan and Florence (Delf) Kann of Stratford.

Katherine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ermin, three brothers and seven sisters.
