Judith M. Wells, 61 of Marshfield died on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 surrounded by her family at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. She was called home into the eternal loving arms of her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ to be reunited with her beloved parents, sister and father-in-law.
Judy was born on March 16, 1951 in Marshfield to George and Joanne (Draxler) Lawrie and attended Auburndale Schools. She was united in marriage to Michael B. Wells on November 25, 1978 in southern Indiana.
Judy was a successful real estate agent of Century 21 of Marshfield, an over the road truck driver with her husband, waitress as well as an animal rehabber. One of her greatest achievements, along with Mike was establishing Wells Nature View assisted living homes in Marshfield.
Judy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and friends, taking road trips with Mike, sitting around the fire, deer hunting, watching the Packers & Cowboys and helping to aid animals of all kinds back to health and freedom.
Judy brought so much love and caring to all who knew her, including the numerous animals she rescued and nurtured. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandma who unconditionally poured out her heart. Going over to grandma's house for the night and eating her one of kind pancakes for breakfast will always be remembered. She will be dearly missed by the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her husband Mike, sons Jim and Ron both of Marshfield, sister Caroline Kraemer of Mukwonago, two brothers George (Ginger) Lawrie of Merrill and Jim (Jeannie) Lawrie of Spencer.
