Lowell C. Mueller, 77 of Pittsville died on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the Azura Memory Care in Green Bay.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am Friday, November 30, 2012 at St. Joachim's Catholic Church in Pittsville with Fr. Robert W. Nelson officiating. Burial will be in St. Joachim's Cemetery.
Visitations will be held on Friday at the church from 9:30 am until time of services.
Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Lowell was born on December 5, 1934 in Milwaukee to Joseph and Carla (Schmidt) Mueller.
Lowell was a retired tool grind shop employee of Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee. Lowell was a character in life known by many as the "Wine Maker of Wood County." He would help collect cans from family to help his snow mobile club for their pot luck dinners. He was an avid hunter who traveled around teaching his skills to family.
He is survived by his sister Adalee Cornelius (Mueller), nephew Daniel Cornelius, great nephew Kevin Cornelius, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, his family wishes donations for Alzheimer's research and to Yellow River Riders Snow Mobile Club.
