She was a wonderful person and a great organist and choir director. It is mainly because of her that I am the church organist today. She helped me teach myself to play the organ. I also enjoyed having George on the choir. It was amazing that he could not read music but could so easily follow his part in the anthems. Ruth and George were a great inspiration to all who knew and loved them. I am thankful that I had the privilege of knowing and loving them.
