DAD, Thank for all the wonderful memories of my childhood. I will always love you and never forget the goodtimes. My biggest regret is not letting you know how much I loved you and thanking you for many wonderful memories... You made Christmas special with all your crazy lights and moving ornaments. You made us all laugh with your Donald Duck imitation. I remember you always tucking us in at night and telling us you loved us. I was always proud about your business and being a EMT. You are greatly missed! Love, Chrisine

Dear Hillegass Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I was shocked and sadden to read about the lost of Nate. We were very close friends when we were in school together, oh so many years ago, but I often thought of him with very fond memories.
Peace be with you. Helen Fenoff-Daneker (DeChant)

To the Hillegass Family:
I was indeed saddened to hear of Nate's passing. I was immediately filled with many memories of Nate and his wonderful deeds to his neighbors (we lived 2 houses apart) or his civic duty as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. As the local businessman who tirelessly helped each and every customer who crossed his door. And lastly as a friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. As long as we remember him, he still lives in our hearts.

Dear Nate Jr.,Christine and Jennifer
I am truly saddenned by your dad's passing. He will always have a special place in my heart. I could always count on an honest and informative answer from him when ever I had a question for his business expertise. Over my 20 plus years of knowing you all I had many conversations about school, your lives growing up, as well as Fire and EMS issues. His passion for helping the community was evident by his many contributions to the Fire, Ambulance and Law Enforcement workers that sought him out for his expertise. My life was made richer by knowing your father. Take comfort in knowing that I grieve with you all at this tough time in your lives.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.
