I am so sorry for your loss. Terry was a great neighbor and friend and I learned alot from him growing up in Linstead. What I remember most is how passionate he would be about his favorite team or supporting his friends.

Sorry to hear the news about Terry.
I had the pleasure of working with
him for more than ten years at Colex Imaging. Being in the service department and having to fix problems everyday, I never heard him complain once. He was a great co-worker and will be sorely missed.

The gang at Northeast Intruder Alert would like offer our sincerest condolences to the Deeds family.

Terry rode with us for the first four years of our clubs existance. He was always alot of fun to be around. Nothing ever seemed to get him down. Heck, he rode with us around lake Huron for 1800 miles with a broken foot and never complained once.

Terry touched many lives and leaves many many pleasant memories behind for us all to remember.

You know you can call us anytime if you need to talk or need help with anything.

To Mindy and Jenny,

I lost my Dad 10 years ago, and I know how devastated you both are feeling right now. Please know that the pain will ease... even though you will think of him every day for the rest of your lives. Talk to him..he is with you and will know what you are saying. You will feel him around you and know that he will be watching over you.

I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear about the accident that took Terry from all of us. I owe Terry a lot. When we worked at Colex together he showed patience and understanding that I will never forget. He was always there for me when I needed help. I wouldn't have lasted if it wasn’t for him. He taught me to not take life so seriously and to find the things that make you happy and embrace them. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and all of his extended family as I considered him part of mine. Terry and I spent tons of time on the road together during our time at Colex and PTS and he touched my life in so many ways, I will never forget him! God Bless. . No sad goodbyes only a fond farewell till we meet again on that long winding back road in heaven.

Dear Mary and girls-I think it goes without saying how much Terry will be missed. When we lived across the street from each other, we shared a lot of great times. One of the best was "the miracle on ice" during the olympics. Omigosh-to hear Terry yelling and cheering "USA" was one of the best times of our Linstead lives. Or, when Terry just bent down and swooped Denny off the ground after he had "passed out" from losing too much blood after cutting his hand with the electric hedge trimmers; Terry was very gentle with him and just kind of put him in the van and told me to take him to the doc so they could stitch him up. Things like that are what I like to remember about Terry. That, and the good times you guys used to have in your pool and at picnics with the neighbors.

We wish we could take some of your pain away but, unfortunately, that's not possible. So, please know that you're all in our thoughts and prayers and I hope you have some sunny days ahead of you. Have a peaceful day and think good thoughts. Keep smiling, Mary. Love, Denny and Val Hammond

I am very thankful to have known Mr. Deeds. Whenever I would see him in the waterpark, he would always stop and ask how my day was going- never without a smile. His great grilling skills were loved and appreciated in The Backwoods by all of the "campers" and "counselors."

You will never be forgotten Mr. Deeds, may angels lead you in.

My love and prayers go out to the family. <3

I had the pleasure of knowing Terry years ago, when we lived in the same neighborhood and volunteered at the local fire department. I also graduated from high school with his daughter, Mindy. Terry was one of the nicest guys I've ever met and he always had a smile on his face or a a joke to tell.

He had such a strong compassion for other people which I saw with his work at the fire department and through the way he talked about others. I haven't seen Terry, Mindy or any of the family in years, but I have good memories and I always thought they were just the nicest people (even in my younger years when I thought I was too 'cool' to say so).

May God bless Terry, Mindy and the whole family, as they try to make some sense of this terrible tragedy in the days/months/years ahead. I wish there was something else I could say to help take away some of the pain...

I knew Terry as "Wolfman". He and I rode many miles together, and every one was a memorable ride. "Wolfie", I will miss you deeply. You were closer to me than a brother. I cannot remember when or if we ever had a harsh word for either of us. I keep looking at my cell phone, and listening for it's ring. Because you never failed to call me every day. Those words "Hello Kickstand, how are you today" will never be heard again. But they will always be remembered. Rest in piece my dearest PAL. "GOD be with you always". (kickstand)
