Chelsea Fisher, 21, of Kemah, TX, passed away peacefully in her home February 23, 2013. Born in Allentown, Chelsea was the daughter of Gerald J. Fisher of Glassboro, New Jersey, and Andrea J. (Wieder) Browne of Kemah, TX. Chelsea attended Palisades School District until her move to Texas in 2007 where she graduated from Clear Creek High School in League City. She attended the University of Texas at Dallas, completing her Associates of Arts degree at San Jacinto Junior College in Houston. Included in Chelseas interests was the Cybersonics Technology Team of Palisades High School where they competed on a national level. Chelsea was also an avid gamer, reader and a talented author. Most of all, Chelsea was a devoted friend who loved helping others. Survivors: Surviving with her parents; step father, Rick B. Browne; maternal grandparents, Rodney and Judy (Crowther) Weider of Coopersburg; paternal grandmother, Genevieve Fisher of Glassboro, NJ. Services: Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 2, at 12 p.m., at the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA. Calling hours will be in the funeral home from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Pauls (Blue Church) Cemetery in Coopersburg, PA.
