Henry, Donald S.Donald S. Henry, 90, of Salisbury Twp. died at home on Friday, April 4, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Margaret F. (Miller) Henry. The couple would have celebrated 67 years of marriage on August 30th. Born in Birmingham, PA, he was the son of the late Sherman J. and Edith F. (Gensimore) Henry. He was an active and faithful member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church in Emmaus. Donald was a Naval Veteran serving during World War II where he was a member of the Seabees. He was employed as heavy crane operator for many years until his retirement. His family remembers his sense of humor, his enjoyment of gardening, especially his tomatoes and vegetables, but most of all they remember the love he shared with them, especially his grandchildren. Survivors: Wife; Children, Brian S. Henry and his wife Erika of Manhattan, Kay L. Heidecker and her husband Richard of Allentown, and Donna S. Balliet and her husband Randy of Coplay; Grandchildren, Timothy Heidecker, Maria Henry, Erika Heidecker, Cara Henry, Rebecca Balliet, Miller and Kate Henry; and a Great-Granddaughter, Amelia Heidecker. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm Street, Emmaus. A viewing will be held from Noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
