Helena Kardos, 93, of Williams Township, PA, passed away Monday in St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill, PA. She was the widow of Elmer Kardos, who died in 2005. She was born March 29, 1919 in Revere, PA. A daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Halla Pavlica. She was devoted to her family and her church and was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Riegelsville, PA where she served on the Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed gardening. Survivors: She will be missed by her three children, Jerry and his wife, Sharon, of Riegelsville, Richard and his wife, Marianne, Port St. Lucie, FL, and Rosemarie Tange and her companion, James Bardman, Hellertown, PA; two grandchildren, Kristi and Jerry Kardos; and one sister, Rosalie Pavlica Myers, Bedminster, PA. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and John Pavlica. Services: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 15 at 11 a.m. in St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Riegelsville. Interment in the Riegelsville Union Cemetery.
