Miguel O. Moo-Moo Marroquin, 47, of Catasauqua, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 in his home. Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, he was the son of Miguel A. Marroquin of Chicago and Rebecca A. (Porres) Cruz of Catasauqua. He was of the Catholic Faith and attended Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Allentown. He was a graduate of Catasauqua High School, Class of 85, and graduated from culinary school in Philadelphia. Miguel was a chef, having worked for the last 11 years at Cedar Crest College, and previously at Jack Creek Steak House. He recently began seasonal work at Coca-Cola Park for the Iron Pigs. He enjoyed football and baseball. Survivors:

10 a.m. Saturday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Streets, Allentown. A viewing will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown.
