Bob Quier, 70, died suddenly on October 27, 2013 with friends by his side. Bob was born on August 27, 1943 in Bethlehem, PA and was the son of Virginia and Robert Quier Jr of Hellertown. He attended Kutztown Univ., where he played football before joining the Coast Guard. He was married to Jayne Bittner of Germansville for over 25 years. Bob was in the Swimming Pool industry all his life. He was actively involved in many charities and enjoyed bonefishing, boating, Jimmy Buffet, golf, The Giants and any other competitive game. Bob is survived by two daughters, Amanda Klimak of Bethlehem, CT, Denise Wellspeak of Southbury, CT; two grandchildren, Courtney and Tristan Klimak; sister, Jeanette McBride; neice and nephew, Lisa and Bobby McBride of Granby, CO; and his companion Suzanne Fountain of New Hyde Park, NY. He is also survived by many close friends who he considered family. Services:
