Jean Eames Obituary
Jean M. Eames, 75 years of age, died Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was born December 22, 1935 in Pottsville, PA and was a longtime resident of Allentown, PA. Jean was a member of WKAP Womens Auxiliary in Allentown, PA, and Calvary Christian Church in Mt. Washington, KY. She was also an avid bowler, a volunteer for the deaf community, and participated in numerous walk-a-thon charity events. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Eames, Sr., and her son, Timothy G. Eames. Survivors: Children, Joe Eames (Beverly), Karen Eames Zoz; grandchildren, Renee Walker, Tyler Zoz, Kathryn Eames. Services: A committal service will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2011 at New Albany National Cemetery, 1943 Ekin Avenue, New Albany, Indiana. Contributions: Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or Wounded Warriors Project.

Dear, Bud,Karen and Families;
My sincere sympathy to both of you on the loss of your mother.Its been many years but I remember your mom always smiling And a very bubbly person.I'm glad that my parent(John&MargeDugan)were able to stay in contact with Jean over the years.Jean was a special family friend and my brother Tim's godmother and now she will be a special Angel God Bless.

Karen, Bud and Families,
I will truly miss your Mom. She was a good friend and we have so many memories together. When I think of some of our adventures I have to laugh. Cherish the memories and Jean will be with us forever..
