Catherine P. Kotch, 94, of N. Catasauqua passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013, surrounded by her loving family in the home of her daughter, Patricia Ann Cuti. She was the wife of the late Walter S. Kotch, who died September 25, 1986. Catherine was born March 22, 1919 in Egypt and she was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine (Polachil) Sarnicke. Catherine began her working career at Bethlehem Steel during the war and then she worked at the Wint Company and she retired from the Clyde Shirt Factory after many years of employment. She was a member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, 1001 2nd St., Catasauqua. Survivors: Daughter, Jacqueline Ann Smith, of Coplay, Patricia Ann, wife of Michael Cuti, of Whitehall; two grandchildren, John Michael Cuti and Rachael Catherine Cuti. Catherine was predeceased by three brothers; and four sisters. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 30, at 11 a.m., in St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church. Family and friends may call Saturday, 10 to 11 a.m., in the church. Interment will follow in the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton.
