Litwin, Jane E.Jane E. Litwin, 56, of Northampton, PA, died Monday, March 17, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, PA. Born in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of Virginia (Heckman) Hower and the late Warren Hower. She was the wife of Charles Litwin for the past 28 years. She was a 1975 graduate of Northampton High School, and a 1979 graduate of Kutztown University. She worked in the bakery dept. at the Giant Food Store in Coplay for the past 11 years. She was a pre-school teacher for the former St. John's U.C.C. Nursery School, she was a 4-H leader, and was a member of the Allen Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladie's Auxiliary. She was a former basketball & softball coach for Allen Twp. Youth Assn. & Bath-E. Allen Youth Club. She was an avid Iron Pigs & Phillies fan. She was a member of St. John's U.C.C. Church, Northampton. Survivors: In addition to her mother & husband, she is survived by a son, Justin Litwin at home, daughter, Jennifer Litwin at home; brothers, Earl Hower & fiance Shelley of Leesburg, VA, James Hower & wife Amy of Northampton, PA and Jay Hower of Northampton, PA; sister, Jean wife of David Susko of Nesquehoning, PA; nephews Jeremiah & Michael Hower, nieces Michaela Susko & Emily Hower; and a great-nephew, Sebastian Hower Services: Funeral service will be at 11:00a.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 at St. John's United Church of Christ - Northampton, 22 Atlas Road, Northampton, PA. A calling hour from 10-11:00a.m. will precede the service on Friday in the church. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery - Allen Twp., PA.
