Allan was a true leader and an inspiration to us all. He was the cornerstone of his family and a wonderful role model. He practiced what he taught others and he was always there for advice whenever asked. Those that had the privelege of knowing him, are forever influenced by his timely wisdom. We shall miss our family member and friend.

From the 1960s, when our children were involved in Sing Out, right through to the recent years when we enjoyed New Year's Eve dinners together, we have always respected Allan as a good man and considered him a good friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I remember Allan for all the kindness he gave to his family, friends and the community. I will forever remember the fourth of July parties that gave us the opportunity to see the extended family and friends and catch up with each others busy lives. A good family man and a great father to four, he still found the time to advise and inspire so many of us involved in Sing Out, what a wonderful example he set for us all. How very generous of him. Thank you Allan. We will miss you.

Memories of times spent with Phyllis and Allan make me smile...and sometimes weep. He was a fine person and a treasured relative and friend. I shall miss him.

Allan had presence, wherever he sat was the head of the table. He served his country, his community, his family, and his friends with unselfish dedication. A man of integrity, he lived the principles in which he believed. Allan will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I will personally miss our weekly pinochle, and his hosting the multitude of family members, friends, and friends of friends at the Watts’ Fourth of July extravaganzas.

We all lost a very dear person, but Pappy will always live on in our hearts and memories forever. We all were very lucky to have known such an incredible person, and we'll never forget all of the things Pappy did for us, the way he made each minute he was around us a little brighter. Here's to you Pappy, we'll always remember you.

Remembering Pappy. He stood as a timeless wall of support for so many. Always there as an example for others to follow. As we mourn his passing we feel the true depth of the value of all he shared and enriched our lives. Remembering Pappy as a true example of family values to be cherished.

Pappy we all love you so much! You have been such an amazing leader in the world and in our family. As I've grown up, married, and soon to be a mother I've come to appriecate you even more and am recognizing all the lessons you have taught us. Rowan is going to really miss out knowing you first hand but we will all tell him about you and teach him how to be a great man like his Great Grandpappy. Thank you for being such a great man in my life, teaching me how to make the right decisions, teaching me how to be a great person, and to love unconditionally. I will love you and treasure you always.
