Charles S. Zabroski
Charles S. (Chisel) Zabroski, 70, of Whitehall, entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 10, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Priscilla (Varanko) Zabroski. They celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary in September of last year. Born in Nesquehoning, he was a son of the late Charles and Mary (Watto) Zabroski. He was employed by Millard Refrigeration Services in Allentown until retiring. Chisel was a United States Navy Veteran having served on the USS Manley. He serviced and operated air and surface search radar equipment. He was a member of the Fullerton American Legion. He was of the Orthodox Faith. Survivors: Surviving along with his wife is a daughter, Carrie Anne and her husband, David Bender, of Lincoln University, PA; son, Charles Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Gibsonia, PA; a sister, Susan and her husband, Theodore Bortnick, of Coaldale; a brother, Ronald and his wife, Ann (Gogal), of Nesquehoning; grandchildren, Jordan, Tara, Jenna, and Christopher; and several nieces and nephews. Services: A funeral service will be held Friday, February 15, 2013 at 12 p.m. at the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., with Rev. Robert Tekelinski officiating. Interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Call Thursday 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, 11 a.m. until time of services in the funeral home. The Joseph S.
