Jacquelyn Birk Obituary
Jacquelyn M. Birk, 19, of Bath, formerly of Tunkhannock, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident. Born on May 5, 1993, in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of Heather L. McIntosh of Bath, and Bruce D. Birk of Tunkhannock, PA. Jacquelyn worked as a cashier at Giant Food Stores, Nazareth. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Bath. Jacquelyn was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a friend to all. She loved to make people laugh and will be sorely missed by all her loving family and friends. Survivors: Mother Heather L. McIntosh; father Bruce D. Birk and his wife Lori; maternal grandparents Terrance L. and Carolyn A. McIntosh; paternal grandparents Donald B. Birk and Susan J. Wolosyn; sisters Antoinette and Carolyn Plank, Rebecca and Sarah Kober, Izzabella McIntosh; brother Michael Martucci; cousins Cristan McIntosh and Terrance Holota; uncles Charles Birk and Anthony McIntosh; an aunt Michele Holota; and her beloved dog, Buster. Services: 10 a.m., Monday, December 10, 2012 in the Bartholomew Funeral Home 243 S. Walnut St. Bath, PA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 210 E. Northampton St., Bath. Call, Sunday evening, from 6-8 p.m. and again on Monday from 9-10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Bath. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the McIntosh family in c/o the funeral home.
