Words can't express the loss to the legacy of Northampton athletics with Jim's passing. I knew him for nearly 50 years and he personified kindness, gentleness and the love of life. Always had a big smile whenever I ventured back into town. The most faithful fan I ever met. Truly a great man who will be sorely missed.

We were all very sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. He was one great person, both in his big part with Northampton Sports & out. Being I am one of the many Lindenmoyer extended relation, I can remember going to his home with my Mother to visit him, Woody & Harriet, he was always so pleasant to talk to.
But then we all get older, get married and lose touch with many family members. But Jimmy held a very special place in my heart for what he did for my Brother & myself & I had the opportunity to tell him back in 2011 @ one of the Lindenmoyer Family Reunions.
With Jimmy also doing a lot of Genealogy work, he was able to help a woman find my Brother & myself, a woman that was our biological Sister we never knew we had, for which I had Thanked him from the bottom of my heart! He was a great person all the way around !! RIP Jimmy, now you will be together again with Mom & Dad. You will be missed by many !!
God Bless,
Don & Donna Scheetz-Hoffman

Where do I begin, with being part of the Lindenmoyer Family, I remember going to Jimmy's home as a child with my Mom and he was always so pleasant & kind to all. Then as we grow up and have Families of our own, we often lose touch with family members! But Jimmy holds a very special place in my heart, and he knew it! Approx. three years ago, he put the final touches on helping my biological Sister find me, & my Brother, a Sister I never knew even existed! RIP Jimmy You will be missed by many.
God Bless,
Donna Scheetz-Hoffman

I've known Jim since my first days in Little League when his dad, Woody, was our coach. Jim was always at the top of his game when it came to Northampton sports--he will be sorely missed.
