James A. Dancsecs
James A. Dancsecs, 45, passed away at home surrounded by his family on July 31, 2013 in Huntington Beach, CA. Formerly of Bethlehem, he was a 1987 graduate of Freedom High School. As a marine he served during Desert Shield. He was pictured and known as Bethlehems Christmas City Soldier in an October 19, 1990 newspaper article featured in the Morning Call. James served four years and was awarded eight medals and two stars. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Oahn Rachel; and their sons, Alex and Ethan; his father, Emery and wife, Eleanor, of Bethlehem; mother, Claudette Legault Marinez and husband, Jesus, from CA; brother, Matthew and wife, Maritza; stepbrother, William Bodner and wife, Martha; stepsisters, Barbara Stettler, wife of Raymond, Diane Kehm, wife of Ted; stepbrothers, Jesus Marinez Jr. and wife, Cindi, John Marinez and wife, Terri, Robert Marinez and wife, Bobbi; father-in-law, Dean Nguyen and wife, Yen; sisters-in-law, Ngoc Lee, wife of Hung, Jacqueline Nguyen; brother-in-law, Nick; 20 nephews; and seven nieces.
