I am with great sorrow to the family and friends of Jim.
I knew Jim online and had corresponded with him a number of times about his and my favorite make of guns. He had a great knowledge of the history and technical specs of H&R Firearms.
The loss of Jim is very saddening. I do hope one of his kinfolk carries on with his legacy.

I only knew Jim for the online help he gave me in restoring an old revolver. He was very patient and very instructive.
My condolences to the family of a real gentleman...

Sue & I are truly sorry to hear of Jim's passing. It was only at my mother's funeral that I heard he was ill. We had many great adventures together and I will always have fond memories of him. I hope you find comfort in that he's at peace.

Carol our sincerest condolences to you and Jim's family. He was a warm, friendly guy who was great to talk with about almost anything. My fondest memory of him was when I had just gotten that remote-controlled Stuart Army Tank and the boys were playing with it outside one time, and he wandered over to watch- and he himself became a little boy again for a few minutes when we let him have the remote control. Godspeed to Jim, your neighbors- Randy, Star and the boys.
