Marion E. Gray, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Gray, who died in 2008. Born in Bethlehem, Marion was the daughter of the late Raymond E. Frederick and Lillian M. (Weaver) Frederick Border, and the stepdaughter of the late Francis Border. She worked in a local silk mill until her marriage, and later worked with her husband at Bobs Photo Shop and Bethlehem Stamp & Coin as manager and bookkeeper, until retiring in 1994. She was a member of St. Stephens Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, and also attended Faith Lutheran Church in Whitehall. Survivors: Daughters, Elaine L. Freach and her husband, Michael, of Whitehall, and Kathy J. Werner and her husband, George, of Lancaster; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren. Marion was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Gray; a grandson, Robert J. Freach; her brother, Woodrow Frederick; and sisters, Charlotte Even and Annie Long. Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, December 28 in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem, where friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services.
