Norman B. Carper, 75, of Lehighton passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He and his wife, Jacqueline (Reitenauer) Carper, and were married 36 years in August. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Iola and Lucia (Cucchi) Carper. He worked at Hook-Up that delivered Mack Trucks, loved to D.J. and go to car cruises, and was known as Stormin Norman. Survivors: Wife; stepdaughters, Tammy, wife of Douglas Lapp, and Sharon, wife of Michael Crone; brother, Ronald; grandsons, Nicholas, Kevin, and Randall; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; preceded in death by a brother, Edward. Services: Gathering for family and friends at Jacquelines home, 648 Old Mill Road, Lehighton, PA 18235, on September 15, 2013 from 2 to 5 p.m. Arrangements Sell-Herron Funeral Home and Herron Crematory in Allentown. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, to a church or charity of ones choice.
