Stephen Ferketich
Stephen Fergy Ferketich, 82, of Allentown, died on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in Cedar Brook Nursing Home, Allentown. He was the husband of Lucille I. (Undercuffler) Ferketich. The couple would have celebrated 33 years of marriage on August 6. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Andrew and Judith (Pulzer) Ferketich. He was an Army Veteran serving during World War II. He retired from American Olean Tile Co. of Quakertown in 1990, after many years of service. He was a former member of the American Legion, was a dart champion, and an avid bowler. Fergy enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards. Survivors: Wife; children, Linda C. Christman and her husband, Carl of Topton, and Stephen A. Ferketich of Allentown; siblings, Helen Prutzer, Andrew and Emil Ferketich; grandchildren, Joyce West, Michael, Jimmy and Timmy Christman; and great-grandchildren, Andrew Christman and Ava Deppeller. He was preceded in death by seven siblings. Services: Private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.

Dear Lucy & "Little Steve", I was so sorry to read of your loss. I know these last few years were very hard for the both of you, but I know you have some wonderful memories from years past. Keep those close to your heart and they will get you thru these hard times. I know Steve had some hard times too, and now he is at peace. God bless you both.
