Kudla, Deborah A.Deborah A. Kudla, 54 of Walnutport, PA. died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 23, 2014. Born Friday, September 25, 1959 in Allentown, PA., she was the daughter of William and Igna (Lueck) Kantz of Allentown PA. She was the wife of 30 years to Deacon Michael W. Kudla last May 28, 2013. Deborah was a Central Catholic high school graduate. She continued her education graduating with an RN degree from Sacred Heart School of Nursing, Allentown. She was employed as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery for St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. for the past 28 years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Berlinsville, PA. where she served as a Lector and Eucharistic Minster. She was a member of the Diocesan Deacon's Wives; Member of Cursillo; An avid crafter who enjoyed Scrap-Booking and Cross-stitching. Survivors: Surviving along with her husband and parents are; Two daughters: Jessica A. wife of Nolan Zambelli of Allentown, PA, Laura E. Kudla of Walnutport, PA, a brother, William Kantz of Wilkes-Barre, PA; Two grandsons: Owen and William Zambelli Services: A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled for 10:30am Thursday March 27, 2014 at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church, 1152 Oak Road-Berlinsville Walnutport, PA. 18088 with the Rev. Msgr. Thomas A. Derzack officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, and Thurs. March 27, 2014 from 9am to 10am both at Schisler Funeral Home, Inc. , 2119 Washington Avenue Northampton, PA. 18067. Interment will follow in St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery, Walnutport, PA.
