Sally Sabilla Miksiewicz Obituary
Miksiewicz, Sally SabillaSally Sabilla (Breidegam) Miksiewicz, CEO and Vice Chairperson of East Penn Manufacturing, passed away on June 20, 2014. She died tragically at the age of 52, in an unexpected running accident. Sally grew up with East Penn and spent her entire career at the company founded by her father and grandfather. One of the reasons she loved this company so much was that everyone there had become a part of her family. Throughout her years at the company, Sally was the driving force and passion that helped carry out the legacy of the generation that came before her. She led with integrity advancing the company's position while caring deeply about her fellow workers, the customer, community, and environment. She was a vital member of the community serving on the development committee for Lehigh Valley Health Network; the board of directors for Moravian College, Sageworth, and CUE Incorporated. Sally received her B.A. degree in business management and sociology from Moravian College in 1984. Sally's passion for all that she did was so powerful that it will serve as a tremendous inspiration for many generations to come. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy will move on powered by the very vision she instilled in all those around her.
