Stephen Ruppert

Stephen T. Ruppert, 58, of Forks Twp., passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital Fountain Hill. He was the loving husband of Barbara (Feola) Ruppert. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Carl Ruppert Jr. and Lillian (Haugland) Ruppert. Stephen was employed by the New York and New Jersey Port Authority as an auto mechanic. He was often called upon by his family to rescue them during car trouble. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Stephen is survived by his daughter Elizabeth, brothers; Daniel with wife Shellie and Mark with wife Lisa, sister-in-law; Phyllis Cronin and husband Bob and Alice Strenta with husband Angelo. Stephen is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews as well as 7 great nieces and nephews. He was the son-in-law to Alice Feola. Services: Family and friends may call on Thursday, June 15, from 7-9pm at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service for Stephen will be held on June 16, 2017 at 10am at Ebenezer Bible Fellow Church, 3100 Hecktown Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020. Interment to follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park.
