James A. Donmoyer, 79, of Allentown, died Monday December 20, 2010 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twsp. He was the husband of Dayle L. (Lynch) Donmoyer. They observed their 47th wedding anniversary on October 26. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late John A. and Elizabeth R. (Saylor) Donmoyer. He was a vice-president of sales for Moen Faucet, Elyria, OH for 15 years retiring in 1992. Prior, he was a sales manager at Norelco-Philips Lighting and Westinghouse Lamp Division. He graduated from Allen High School class of 1948 and received a BA in English from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH class of 1952. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Allentown where he formerly served as an usher. He coached Emmaus JV baseball in the early 1990s. He was the former director of little league baseball in Bay Village, OH. He was a life long fan of the Brooklyn and LA Dodgers. Survivors: Along with wife; son, Timothy J. and his wife, Karen T., of Scottsdale, AZ; daughter, Patricia A., of Chicago, IL; brothers, Dr. Theodore L. and his wife, Annarae, of Allentown, John R., of Allentown; grandchildren, Caitlyn and Hailey; and a large and loving extended family. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday December 22 at Trexler Funeral Home 1625 Highland St. Allentown.
